Commission Agreement and Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me you agree to my following terms. Please read carefully.Types of commissionI take commissions for digital artworks, 2D Vtuber models, 2D rigging models, VROID models, twitch emotes/icons, PNGtubers and character sheets.
I do humans, humanoid characters, Kemomimi, NSFW and mechanical additions to humanoid characters. I do not do Furries, Mechas or any type of gore.You will receive a digital file of the artwork/ rigged model once it´s finished. No physical copies of the artwork are included.Contact

All paymentsare to be made in EUROS (€) via Paypal. I will send an invoice. For that, I will need your name, adress and PayPal-email. You receive my information in return to prevent fraud. All information will be handled carefully and won't be leaked at any point.Payment is due in full upfront for any commission.I will provide you with updates on the commission starting from the sketching phase and later during my workflow. At the end, you will receive the full resolution artwork or model files once the final payment is made.General guidelines
Please include as much visual references as you can and add a good written description of what you want. There is no "too much" info unless you want to give me artistic freedom of choices. If you have a clear vision though, please add plenty of references, colour descriptions, desired elements, etc.While I do NSFW, I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.Process
After you sent your payment, I start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple of different options to choose from). You can choose from them, approve and reject sketches or details and we can make adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.Small changes are possible at any stage (small details or colors for example). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the drawing or rigging process (e.g. change pose, rework outfit), I will charge an extra 20 USD for each major change.I will inform you beforehand on the duration of the commission. Commissions may take up to 2-8 weeks depending on what type of commission you want and how much I am working on atm. You can keep track of my availability on my Trello. If delays arise, you will be notified.Usage
Prices are for personal use only; commercial use adds 100% of the original pricing. You may not profit from the art in the way of selling prints or products. You can make prints for personal use.
You may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.I retain the rights to my work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion on the internet.You can feel free to upload your commission to social media and elsewhere, making sure you credit me for the work.
You are welcome to use Vtuber models, PNGtubers and emotes for streaming, as long as you give me credit for it (for example in a panel or your bio).Furthermore, I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.Refunds and cancelingIf you need to cancel your commission during the sketching phase, you will be refunded 50% of your payment.If you need to cancel your commission after the sketching phase, there will be no refund.In case I will be unable to finish the commission for any unjustifiable reason, you will receive a full refund.
